Social Experiment provides TikTok Shop–compatible utilities and educational content. Full access is limited to verified members who purchase through WHOP.

2) Membership & Access

• Access is granted per WHOP purchase and is non-transferable.
• We may require order verification before enabling access.
• We may suspend or revoke access for misuse or policy violations.

3) Payments & Refunds

Purchases are processed by WHOP. Any billing questions or refund requests are handled under WHOP’s terms and policies. We do not store card data.

4) Acceptable Use

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse of the Services.
• No infringing, harmful, or illegal content or activity.
• No attempts to bypass access controls or share member-only content publicly.

5) Educational Only

Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

6) Third-Party Services

We integrate with or link to third parties such as WHOP, TikTok, and Discord. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services.

7) Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by Social Experiment or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
